Shipping Policy
At Cargo&Co, we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.
Pakistan Deliveries
· Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after confirmation.
In some cases, due to high order volume, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks.
· If your order is delayed beyond 3 weeks after dispatch, please contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.
· Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
A re-delivery attempt may be made, and the additional delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
· Cargo&Co is not responsible for delays caused by:
o Courier service disruptions
o Weather conditions
o Government regulations
o Customs processing
Parcel Open Before Payment
For security and hygiene reasons, parcels are not allowed to be opened before payment. If there is any issue with your order, you can message us afterwards and we will be happy to assist you through our exchange and refund policy.
However, if a parcel is opened before payment by the customer, any missing, damaged, or mishandled items will be considered the customer’s responsibility, as this is against our delivery policy.
